Since 1977, Ken McLaughlin, LUTCF, AAI, has devoted his time and experience to deliver quality insurance policies to his clients. The insurance business environment has changed dramatically since Ken first entered the industry.  Along with the computerization that has impacted most industries, agents have had to look beyond being just a local, neighborhood agent.  Ken has established a relationship throughout California as a knowledgeable professional who follows through on time sensitive commitments.  Since establishing a second location in Oakland he has brought that professionalism to a new set of clients in the East Bay.  Beyond that his clientele range throughout Northern and Southern California, one more aspect of how the insurance business is conducted in the twenty-first century.

Ken has earned his industry's professional designations of Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI). Ken is also an active member in the community as he has been a member of the Rotary Club of San Jose Silicon Valley since they were chartered in 1980. He has twice served as the club’s president.
