Meet the Owner

Ken Mclaughlin has been working in the insurance industry for over 40 years. He got his start in the industry after he moved to San Jose and was looking to take his career in a new direction. While mowing the lawn and listening to a University of California football game, he heard an ad looking to hire insurance agents and the rest is history! Ken enjoys being hands on and interacting with customers. He has two professional designations: LUTCF (Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow) and AAI (Accredited Adviser of Insurance) Designation. He has also taught insurance in continuing education and pre-licensing requirements in California.

Currently Ken is the President of the Rotary Club for the 3^rd time – in the past he was charter president in 1980 when they were first formed, then 20^th anniversary president. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and playing golf.
